Noah Cato (Saracens, 20): wing, also covers full back. Has broken into first XV with seven starts and one as a replacement. Fluid runner.
Hugo Ellis (London Wasps, 20): No 8 and captain of England Under-20s. Three appearances as replacement for Wasps, two starts and two from the bench for London Welsh. Dynamic back-row forward.

Rob Miller at Newcastle Falcons is a young gun to watch for the future. Both Rob and Rory Clegg are doing well under the wing of Batesy and a learning at the feet of the master, JW.

Agree with Derek Smith: Turner-Hall is an outstanding talent, immensely strong for his age and supremely gifted. Although he makes the occasional wrong decision - and, as a 20-year-old, he is bound to - his form this season as a starting centre for ´Quins definitely suggests a future star.

Sadly Rugby may suffer the same as soccer if we don't limit foreign players coming to fill their pension pot before they retire. All premiership clubs have retired or bit part internationals that limit only the very best English youngsters from developing and giving us a successfull English future.

What about some "also rans" and U21s that will be available from NZ?

I've followed Jordan Turner-Hall from the age of 16. The lad's talent was obvious even to me. All he lacks is a little experience. Anyone who saw him today would have to admit that he defied his age - 20! - and played himself into contention.
Well played, Jordan.
